In 2012 we developed this patented temple geometry that has become a trademark of Pilla models. The fork creates 4 contact points to reduce the weight on the front of the glasses and allow the frame to float. It acts similarly to two hands supporting the head. The design is intentionally long to wrap around the back of the head. By manually manipulating the ends, the design can be easily adjusted to the shape of the head.
