In addition to it being glazed my favorite arts and crafts matte green, and having a terrific wide rounded lip, I purchased this piece because it is imminently useful! Standing on three great little legs, it is the perfect thing for housing a planter or cachepot, and would also be a great planter itself for an arrangement of creeping succulents. Also great filled with rocks and maybe a little water to keep them looking as beautiful as they did when you picked them off the beach! 

Crazing to the glaze, most pronounced on the interior; no chips or cracks. 9 1/2" in diameter; 2 7/8" t.
