The ResMed AirFit P10 headgear is very similar to the older style P10 Headgear, but now has an adjustable strap. The headgear is available as a replacement for a worn out or stretched strap without the need to buy a completely new CPAP system. If you notice yourself over tightening your headgear at night it may be a sign that it is time to replace it. On average, a mask headgear strap has a lifespan of only 3-6 months depending on care.
