Inspired by Japanese culinary craftsmanship, the Gyuto Chef knife features a long, slender blade designed for razor-sharp precision when slicing, chopping, and dicing a wide range of ingredients. Slightly larger than our Santoku knife UHC and Allround knife UHC, it excels in creating delicate, paper-thin cuts with exceptional control. However, its fine edge makes it less suitable for cutting through bones or other very hard materials.

Forged from Roselli’s proprietary UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel, the blade offers unmatched sharpness and long-lasting edge retention. The handle, made from stained curly birch and treated with linseed oil, ensures a comfortable and secure grip even when wet.
