Designed Without Magnets – Naturally Secure

These boxes are specially engineered without magnets and instead feature a discreet front locking tab, providing a secure closure even for heavier contents.

Double-folding inner flaps at the front and back hold the box firmly in shape, making it exceptionally sturdy. The box can be unassembled back to its flat state again, with no sticky corners — ideal for re-gifting, repurposing and reuse.

This A4 Deep format is also perfectly suited for adding FAB Sides® Decorative Side Panels, giving you even more creative freedom to build distinctive, brand-led gift packaging.

Useful Tip: Use a piece of A4 paper to represent the internal footprint size of the box to test your products. It isn’t an exact science, but works well for fixed-size items such as glass bottles and boxed products, or even for soft items that need folding. Use a ruler to check the height.

All our gift boxes use AAA grade recycled greyboard at their core and high quality paper covering.

• 1400g recycled greyboard (approx. 3mm thickness).
• Covered fully inside and outside with 160gsm natural kraft paper.
• No lamination.
• No magnets.
• Full depth front flap closure with locking tab.
• Double folded inner flaps to keep the box fully and firmly assembled. No sticky corners.

• Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 5mm tolerance.
• Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and ideally ensure you are in receipt of the bulk.
