Efficient Cooling

The right-side, self-contained convection cooling system that uses eco-friendly R-600a refrigerant to maintain a safe holding temperature of 39 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes a large condenser face area designed to improve cooling performance, while conducting airflow into the back of the unit and out the side. The unit comes with a thermometer so you can ensure it remains at the proper holding temperature at all times. The specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business.

Removable Food-Safe Panels

The reversible green food panels have a radius groove designed to hold sushi products. The positioning of the panels provides flexibility to achieve a more or less chilled product. Facing the concave side of the panels up reduces the space between the food and the cold surface, resulting in a more chilled product, while facing the concave side down maximizes the space between the food and the cold surface, resulting in a less chilled product. Place food directly on these food-safe panels for the most direct chilling, or use white plates when stocking your culinary creations to emphasize the vibrant colors and textures!

Convenient Rear Access

This display case has 4 rear sliding glass doors that ensure staff has quick and easy access to the content during service hours and beyond. The doors have low-profile handles that remain out of the way yet allow them to slide open easily. Each door is also equipped with a reliable plastic seal at the end opposite the handle to ensure safe and sanitary closure. Additionally, the unit's exterior and interior stainless steel construction has a radius along the edge of the floor on all sides to eliminate corners that can harbor food particles and bacteria.
