Fabric and notions

Make your jeans with 10-13 oz woven non-stretch denim, canvas, or other similar weight and fabric types. Use a medium-weight woven cotton lining for the front pockets, such as quilting cotton. Heavyweight topstitch thread in a contrasting color, such as" Gütermann denim 100".
